We explored how coffee can be translated into a digital sensory experience. Inspiration came from the textures of roasted beans, the layering of drinks, and the ritualistic nature of café culture. The guiding question: how can a website capture not only taste, but also atmosphere and rhythm?
The design was guided by contrast and warmth. Dark backgrounds emphasize minimal typography, while carefully staged photography highlights textures — crema, ice, foam, chocolate drizzle. The interface remains subtle, letting the drinks act as the main characters. Every section uses rhythm and whitespace to mirror the pace of enjoying coffee.
Built in Framer, the project integrates smooth animations — from beans dissolving into liquid to layered drinks appearing in sequence. Adaptive containers ensure harmony across devices, with quick load times and crisp rendering. Each transition reinforces immersion, balancing elegance with performance.
Moka Loca’s concept centers on “Precision in every layer.” Each drink is a composition of textures and sensations: espresso as ritual, frappé as energy, hot chocolate as comfort. The site mirrors this philosophy — structured, layered, and immersive — turning a digital visit into an echo of the in-store experience.
